1. Introduction

It can not only provide an overall logistics solution, but also provide the interconnection support of logistics links or logistics functions required by customers, so that users can select the logistics functions on the information platform on the basis of their core capabilities, and form different virtual logistics enterprise alliances, so as to effectively allocate resources, Realize the unification of the three forms of logistics under the supply chain: the continuity of logistics information - the value-added of logistics - the accurate arrival of logistics, and avoid the overburden of small and medium-sized enterprises after investment, the repeated construction of the entire logistics industry and the waste of resources

2. Structure and function design of virtual logistics enterprise alliance information platform based on ASP
